Future Studies Programme

Future Studies Programme

The Future Studies Programme, developed within MAPIT Work Package 4 and led by HÉTFA Research Institute Ltd., supports the development of future-oriented Research and Innovation management skills in widening-country institutions and their associated Innovation Centres.

Aligned with ERA Action 17 and the priorities of European Research Management communities, the programme combines co-creation, evidence-based learning design, hybrid training, transformative study visits and short-term secondments. Its aim is to strengthen research support capacity, develop new competences, foster networking and contribute to the long-term recognition and professionalisation of Research Management.

Through the Future Studies Programme, MAPIT partners are supported in building stronger, more sustainable and better-connected research support services that can contribute more effectively to European R&I collaboration.
