MAPIT at “From Strategy to Implementation: BSC Artificial Intelligence Factory” – Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara

The MAPIT Project team is delighted to share highlights from its active participation in the event “From Strategy to Implementation: BSC Artificial Intelligence Factory”, hosted at the CO-ZONE of our esteemed consortium partner, the Middle East Technical University (METU).

The event offered an in-depth exploration of how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be effectively integrated into strategic management frameworks, particularly the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach. Participants engaged in thought-provoking discussions and practical sessions that bridged the gap between strategic planning and AI-driven implementation, focusing on how digital tools can enhance decision-making, performance monitoring, and innovation capacity.

These exchanges closely align with MAPIT’s mission to mobilise advanced partnerships for digital innovation and transformation. Strengthening understanding of how to convert high-level strategic goals into data-informed, actionable insights is a key enabler for the innovation centres and research management ecosystems supported by the project.

The MAPIT consortium was represented by a strong delegation, who actively contributed to the dialogue, gained valuable perspectives, and established new collaborative links that will further enhance the project’s ongoing activities.
