Renata Anna Jaksa has had a long-standing and impactful career at the ICEG European Center, starting in 2003. In 2007, she was appointed Deputy Director, and by 2009, she became the Director of the institute, a position she has held since. During her time at ICEG, she has coordinated and conducted research for numerous projects, often involving multiple institutional partners (10-12).

As Director, while continuing her research activities, Renata has primarily focused on research management, overseeing the strategic direction of the institute. Since 2021, Dr. Ervural has been an Assistant Professor at KTO Karatay University, and as of 2024, he has assumed the role of Department Chair at the same institution. In addition to his academic responsibilities, he was the Technology Transfer Office Manager for the 2023-2024 period and is currently the Director of the Smart Technologies Design Development and Prototyping Centre (STEDEC) Application and Research Center.

Muhammed Uzman completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechatronics Engineering at KTO Karatay University in 2022. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Control and Automation Engineering at Istanbul Technical University.

Since 2017, he has held various roles at KTO Karatay University, and in 2024, he began serving as a Research Assistant at the university. Since March 2019, Aslı has been working as an International Relations Expert at ATAP A.Ş., which manages the Eskişehir Technology Development Zone. Dr. Sedat Telçeken holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, a master’s degree in Computer Engineering, and a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anadolu University. His academic career spanned from 2000 to 2016, during which he served as a Research Assistant, Lecturer, and Assistant Professor at Anadolu University, specializing in Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Classification, and Big Data Analysis.

Dr. Telçeken has also worked internationally, being a visiting scholar in the USA, Spain, Lithuania, Czech Republic, and Italy. His expertise extends to roles as an independent external expert for Leonardo Da Vinci and Erasmus+ projects. Additionally, he has served as a project coordinator and evaluator for TÜBİTAK and the Ministry of Industry.
His professional journey includes a brief tenure at Apple Inc. as an iOS Software Designer and a role as Project Manager at the Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone between 2019 and 2020. Since July 2020, Dr. Telçeken has been working at ATAP A.Ş., first as a Management Consultant and later as General Manager.
