As part of the Horizon Europe MAPIT Project, Duygu Yalnızoğlu participated in the EBN Congress 2026 held in Riva del Garda, Italy, during her secondment at ATAP A.Ş. – Anadolu Technology Research Park. The mobility activity supported the project’s objectives of enhancing international cooperation, promoting knowledge exchange, and expanding collaboration opportunities across the European research and innovation ecosystem.
The EBN Congress 2026 brought together representatives from innovation organisations, science and technology parks, universities, incubators, accelerators, technology transfer offices, and business support organisations from across Europe. The event provided an ideal platform for networking, sharing expertise, and exploring new opportunities for collaborative research and innovation.
Throughout the congress, a series of productive bilateral meetings were held with European stakeholders to discuss potential cooperation under Horizon Europe and other international initiatives. These discussions focused on topics including startup internationalisation, digital innovation, artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, and technology-driven entrepreneurship, creating valuable opportunities for future joint projects and strategic partnerships.
The secondment significantly contributed to the MAPIT Project by strengthening European collaboration networks, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and best practices, and supporting the development of sustainable cross-border partnerships. Such activities play an important role in enhancing institutional capacity and fostering stronger links between organisations within the European Research Area.
The MAPIT Project extends its sincere appreciation to the European Business and Innovation Centre Network (EBN) for organising this valuable event and providing an environment that encourages meaningful collaboration. The connections established during the congress are expected to contribute to future joint initiatives and strengthen the long-term impact of both ATAP A.Ş. and the MAPIT Project.
